How to Lead When You’re Not in Charge # 156

Check this short list of 10 assumptions and see if you are prepared to “lead when you are not in charge”. What Assumptions Guide My Life d

Most of us work or live with a variety of people. Rarely are we in charge of the group or team we are interacting with. Many times we say if I was in charge of this group we could accomplish more or be more efficient. The book referenced below describes ways we can be more efficient even when we are not in charge. At the end of the book is a summary that ends with a motto and 2 sets of assumptions to live or work by.

We all have a set of assumptions that guide our life even if they are subconscious.

Your assumptions should be in harmony with your worldview and Life Vision/Purpose. My Life Vision is in earlier posts. (A) I believe that every persons worldview is either God-centered or Self-centered. If my worldview is God-centered then vertically I live a Holy Spirit controlled life (B) and horizontally I am in many groups where I am not in charge.
